Terms & Conditions Rooms will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival unless agreed in advance All rooms must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Rooms which are cancelled after 10.00am on the day of arrival will be subject to a 50% charge. If you do not arrive by 10.30pm on the first night of your stay we will treat this as a non-arrival and you will be charged in full for one night’s accommodation. We regret that we do not accept credit cards and can only accept payment by cash or cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card. All rooms have a queen size or double bed. Some rooms can accommodate an additional single or put-up bed. This must be booked in advance and a  supplementary charge will be made. Mercator Lodge, its servants, agents and employess do not accept any responsibility for any loss or injury suffered by any person and/or their property unless such loss or damage was caused by negligence.
