NOTE: All prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discount may be given for longer lets.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, arriving after 4pm and departing before 10am. Out of season alternative days may be considered.
CLEANING: Linen and towels (but not beach towels) are included in the price. The properties are thoroughly cleaned between bookings. Additional cleaning is available if required but will be charged for.
DEPOSITS: When booking a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance plus a £200 deposit is then paid in euros upon arrival.
