This large poolside apartment is situated just 250 metres from the beach at Cala Abogat.

The villa is positioned just off the Calpe to Moraira road and has beautiful sea views from the poolside terrace.

The apartment has a lounge with leather sofas, a well equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In addition to two leather sofas the lounge has a television providing Spanish, English and European TV channels, and a DVD player. The villa has wireless internet access and a selection of books and DVDs

The kitchen has granite worktops and all the equipment necessary to ensure a comfortable stay is provided including oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and washing machine.

Outside there is a private 8 x 4 pool with substantial outside space including shaded areas with wooden pergolas, palm, almond, olive and rubber trees to sit beneath if needed. There is a full outside kitchen and BBQ and dining area.
